Urban Outsourcing is a for profit social venture dedicated to providing business class information technology services using talent sourced  from disadvantaged urban centers. Our belief is that Information Technology can be used as an invaluable "skilled trade" to retool and enable our workforce and economy to compete in the global market. 

Technology has inexorably altered our labor force, determing where, how and when work gets done.  We truly live in the age of the global village where national boundaries no longer control the access to knowledge and opportunity

Globlalization has leveled the playing field providing revolutionary changes in emerging countries as technology lowers the barriers to entry into global commerce,  improves the standard of living and new generations of strivers flock to the urban centers of the world.
